Did you ever wonder what happens to your prayers after you fill out the
cards and leave them in the prayer box in the back of the church? This
is what happens. The prayer box is brought into the center of the sanctuary by the Prayer Chaplains at the end of every service, and it is prayed over by the Chaplains at that time, as well as other times during the week when we are present in the church.

On Monday evenings from 9:00 to 9:15 pm we hold a sacred space in our hearts and focus our prayer intention on the requests left in that prayer box. We see your concerns, joys, sorrows and questions surrounded by God’s love and light, and see everything coming to fruition in divine order.

On Tuesday morning Rev. Ed takes the prayer cards out of the box and forwards them to Silent Unity, where they will continue to be prayed over for an additional month. Every prayer left in the prayer box is held in the strictest of confidence, and only Rev. Ed will actually see the prayers written on the cards.
